Order Status and Confirmation
How do I know my order has been successfully placed?
Once your order is complete, you’ll see an order number on the confirmation page. Shortly after, we’ll email you an order confirmation, including the details of your purchase and the order number for reference. You’ll also receive a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number after your order ships. Use this tracking number to monitor your package's status. If you misplace your tracking number, email us at gear4pickleball@gmail.com or call us at 813-922-8111, and we’ll assist you.
Shipping Information
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping ensures delivery within five (5 to 7) business days for most U.S. locations. Orders ship from our centrally located distribution center for faster delivery times.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes! We’re proud to support our military members by shipping to APO/FPO addresses via USPS at no additional charge. Delivery typically takes 2–6 weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns and Exchanges
Can I return a paddle if it’s not the right fit?
Absolutely! You can return any unused paddle in its original condition. Simply visit our Returns Page to complete the process and receive a prepaid shipping label. Once we get your return, we’ll process it the same day and email you a confirmation.
Do I need a Return Authorization (RA) number to send something back?
No RA number is required! Just fill out our online returns form to start the process. However, if you’re returning a defective paddle for warranty replacement, please contact the manufacturer directly for a return authorization.
Choosing the Right Paddle
I’m unsure which paddle to choose. What should I do?
Finding the right paddle can feel overwhelming, but we’re here to make it simple. Our product descriptions highlight the unique features of each paddle, and you can purchase multiple paddles to try them out at home. Take a few practice swings to see which feels best, then return any unused paddles in their original condition. Returns are processed quickly at Gear 4 Pickleball! You’ll get an email confirmation once we’ve handled your return.
Pricing and Discounts
Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we price match verified competitors. The competitor must have the same paddle in stock, and we account for any additional shipping or sales tax. If you find a lower price after your purchase, we’ll honor the price within 30 days and refund the difference.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied based on state and local laws. If your state doesn’t require it, no tax will be charged.
Common Questions
I lost my receipt. Can I get a copy?
No problem! Email us at gear4pickleball@gmail.com or call 813-922-8111, and we’ll provide a copy for your records.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If the order has already shipped, you can still return it within 60 days for a full refund.
